Sheetli Pranayam
Sheetli Pranayam is a breathing technique which works specially to cool the body. All you have to do is to sit in Padmasana position with hands placed on the knees followed by bringing your tongue out and fold both sides of the tongue like a tube. Take a deep and long inhalation through tongue and exhale through your nose. It will help you beat the summer.

Sheetkari Pranayam
Sheetkari Pranayam is very similar to Sheetli Pranayam but the only difference is that, it is done with clenched teeth. All you have to do is sit in Padmasana position with hands on the knees. Further, clench your teeth and take a deep long breath. Hold the breath and then release slowly via the nostrils.
Keep in the mind that you can practice anytime and anywhere in a day.
